I'm not sure of your nationality, but I would look at EE schools in Czech, Hungary and Poland, before going to Russia. Not that Russian schools are not good, but they are still young regarding quality English language education. And Siberia...whoa. But I never say never...good luck.

baylor lets foreign med students do only 3-4 rotation courses in their academic exchange program where siberia has ties.

michigan allows a year of clinical clerkship under their visiting trainee program where siberia participates.

oh! godddddddddd why siberia?

There are plenty of schools in the states you can do rotations at. You will have to do a little leg work and work the web, checking sites, but they are there. Going to Siberia, just so you can come back to the states for 4 months is a little harsh. I'm at DOTE and one of our students is doing 5th pathway in NY, so you just have to put together your own plan. I'll be doing 3 months back in the states myself, and DOTE should have core rotations in NYC by August of 2005. So skip Siberia, come to Hungary. The winter is mild this time!!!
