Very quick if anyone has any suggestions or has been through a similar situation.
I have been accepted to SGU. However, I just became familiar with AUC and applied last week (24MCAT,3.6GpA). How long, approximatly, does it normally take AUC to make a decsion on an applicant? I am trying to decide wheather or not to just go to SGU? Or wait and see what happens with AUC? What is the best way to go about this?
Thanks
RD

Most people here had to make that same decision as did the people who went to SGU and other schools.
AUC takes anywhere from 3 weeks to a year to make their decision but if you got into SGU, I don't see how you won't get into AUC with those stats.
Take a few days and scour the forums as well as talk to people who have made their decisions to goto both schools. Look for the USMLE pass rates, and other stuff. Then make a decision.
Personally, if lifestyle and money are not an issue, then just goto SGU. For the rest of us, there is AUC

Make sure you bug MEIO on a regular basis. I got a phone call about four weeks later regarding my acceptance.

i dont think so...see they all compete for your business....so they might just rush yours if they know they might lose you
now if you do "bug" them with being accepted to another school....do it in a professional manner
