Kursk State medical university VS Mechnikov

I need to transfer from Russian medium to English medium(i'm in my 4th year)next year.I'ld like to go to kursk or Mechnikov....who can advise me on which one to go to?
Also,does any one have friends that are studying in kursk in their 4th year (English medium).I need to contact them so as to organise my movement.

as i have told u before
Mechnikov will b a better option compared to Kursk .....basically due to its location ....ie St Petersburg...here u get much of europe
but among the schools of St Petersburg i will prefer Pavlov than Mechnikov
....dont know about the admission procedure of Kursk ...The only plus point for Kursk is that it cheaper than St Petersburg

for Mechnikov u need to send a Fax to the academy with with documents and the dean office will decide wether they ll accept u or not
smae goes for Pavlov u can fid their contact address in their respective sites (look at the sticky:schools in europe at the top of this forum )

alternatively i can help u with your paper works in case u choose Mechnikov ...my service charge will be 100USD

Thanks for your reply;but i heard that Mechnicov's English programme is better than Pablov becos they have been running the english programme for a longer period of time.What do you have to say about this?

ya mechnikov has a better english programme than pavlov ...but apart from that Pavlov is better in all other fields......reputation , facilities , infastructure etc...pavlov is a medical University while Mechnikov is just an academy
