Your not saying that someone actually does the last choice, are you?
That's what profs need.....something more to enlarge their egos....
(and I say that as a prof)

I think I'll start having the student and residents clap at the end of my rounds. Once they get used to that, I'll have them clap when I stand, sit, write an order, finish a dication, belch, etc....
let's clap for everyone that posted on this forum! haha.
there is an advantage to clapping... if the professor is talking way over the time, people in the class can just start clapping... just like the oscars when actors run over their time person for their speech, the orchestra starts playing music
that's one long run-on sentence...

Hey if they go over time I think you should just start playing music or pull them off with a hook!!!!
G-
I think you should make them clap when you say a special word and change the word everyday and if they mess up they get points removed!!!! That would be interesting for you!!!!
have a great day!!!

No. That's too good for you. You'd be on manual disimpaction duty in the geriatric ward.

Aloha,
More like I'll be his mobile laptop table so he could post on valuemd whenever he felt like it. Though that would be sweet, we could run around the hospitals with lightsabers and tell the surgeons they should use the force to guide their scalpels.

I already do post whenever I want. I'm the boss (in my own mind) when I'm in the hospital doing rounds. In fact, I am typing from the hospital right now....
I might let you polish my lightsaber, if you are lucky.....:starwars:

I never knew that lectures needed a "Bravo" when finished. Save your claps for a baseball game or something.

Apparently we are supposed to applaud after Pharm (or rather, nearly everyone spontaneously started clapping the first day of class). The Emory guy they had guest-lecturing one week in Pharm was quite surprised and nearly embarrassed when we clapped for him the first day.

If they wanted me to clap, I would get some of those cheesy Cheri's Cafe clappers and annoy the professor. I do pay more for each lecture than to see a decent show in Las Vegas, so clapping might be needed.
