Hi all,
I have a lady that lives in my apartment complex that works for the dolphin swim place in Anguilla. As we're all aware there is a student rate of like 90 bucks for the dolphin swim, lunch, ferry, bus tour, and snorkel gear. A group of us went last semester and it was fun. Now they have expanded and the lady asked for AUC students 2 cents in what they can do to encourage more visits from us since we like to go on the weekend whereas tourists usually go during the week.
I made the following suggestions and if anyone would like to add something that would encourage students to book another trip (I would like to go again but want to go with a group of people like last time) please do so and I'll pass the info along to her. They're very interested in catering to us since we're American and we're the most likely to visit them more than once.
I suggested:
1. Have a larger discount for groups of 5 or more
2. Apply student discount to student SO's and their kids
3. Include 1 picture of each person with the dolphin as gift for booking a certain number of people (as in 1 picture per person to rub it in when we go hone to the states)
4. Include white meat chicken instead of all dark meat for the caribbean lunch (I know dark meat is popular here but it is not popular at home)
