The majority of the notes are pretty much handed out by our professors in the beginning of each class. For some classes you just download the powerpoint presentations, make sure to bring a memory stick/jump drive.

Are the notes in power point, outline, or what. Do I really need to get all of the books - are the lecture notes enough for some the classes? I'm on a tight budget so anywhere I can save would be helpful. Any input would be great.

Can you tell us if you are 1st semester or a transfer student?

1st semester: cell bio: notes are excellent, word format, more than enough, very detailed, may want to borrow someone's cd (from cell bi book) to view a video on transcription & translation
anatomy: need Grant's Dissector & Netter (a must): other items: latex gloves, dissecting kit, scrubs. Notes again, are really detailed. Each section is split up: lower limb, upper limb, thorax, head & neck
biochemistry: get the book...look for a used copy on amazon.com
med psych: not sure
Other: First Aid for USMLE 1..good to have, good mnemonics, however may not have enough time to read it every night
Medical Dictionary (helpful)
Pen Drive (at least 128)

Class notes are distributed as paper copies...no need to download & print on your own.
