The campus is young in growth, and continues to grow.... I have been here since January of this year, and have seen improvement every year. The student body is small at present, but the administration is actively recruiting students. The goal is to have 60 students by September 2005. Faculty.... we have a mixture of MDs and Phds teaching at the school. All of them are updated on the latest with the USMLE, and the cirrculum follows it. If there are specific questions, I will be more than happy to answer them... please email me at atgtaz@hotmail.com.

Hi:
Rent: average $400.00 USD-450.00 (1 bedroom) Some places will include cable, water & cooking gas (but not electricity). You can also find a roomate and cut down on your expenses.
Electric: it depends, how much AC you use. Average 60.00US, maybe more in the summer. Again, it all depends on your usage.
Water: 20.00US-30.00/month (again, it depends)
Cable: 20.00 US/month (pretty good cable channels)
Basic Gym Membership @ Oscar's Gym: 20.00 US/month
Drinking water, coke, sprite: delivered to your door: 5 gallon jug of water 2.75US, case of coke (24 bottles) 9.50US
Food: it depends, you can cook at home (inexpensive) or eat out, many local restaurants offer student discount. We have many fast food places (offering rice, chicken, side salad) which are around 5.00US for dinner. Chinese restaurants are cheap too. Remember, some things (cereals, coffee), basically products that are imported from the US will be more $, you can find similar products (made in Mexico) for much less.
Transportation: bike, walk, or golfcart. Used bike -60.00US, lease of golfcart/semester 500.00 US (it includes service).
Cable internet from home: is also available ~60.00US/month. Dial up is cheaper. Internet Cafe offer intenet & phone services. Students get discounts on phone calls.
Phone: most apartments have pre-paid phones already installed. So, all you need is a calling card. Incoming calls are always free. You can have a cell phone here. Bring one from home, and DigiCell (local cell service provider) will unlock it for you for 25.00US (most models, newer ones may be more $$) and you get a syms card for 25.00US.
If you have anymore questions, please PM me or justpost on the forum. Hope this helped.
Hi ,
so average cost for 3 people to live in a house , with self cooking would come around 250 US$....
am i right....
Spsb.
It depends: If you have more people living with you, you'll obviously need at least a 2 or 3 bedroom home. To that add electricity, water, gas & cable (if water, cable & cooking gas) are not included.
If you cook, it is definitely less expensive.
