I was suppose to come in September but had to defer until Jan. Is the booklist ready for January? Thanks.
Also, do any of the current students have any of their books for sale?

Hi,
I would recommend bringing all the books, do not count on students selling them, most students choose to hold on to their books.
Try amazon.com for the best deals.
The new booklist is not out at the moment. Check back in afew weeks.

Is it better to ship my books down? How long would it take? What's the most reliable shipping company?

You may want to bring your books with you. I have known several people who have ordered books from Barnes & Nobles and Amazon and have never received their books.

I have tried barnes&noble, amazon, university books online, and bringing it down myself. The best way is to bring it down yourself. The worst is university books online. In between... barnes&noble came within one week, and amazon took forever. My parents also sent me books through the post office, and it takes two weeks approximately. Don't depend on students selling books... everything is step up from the previous semester, and past books might be used for the next class as a reference. It's better to have your own....

I go to Ross in Dominica and I shipped my books over here. It took about a week but it was sooooo much cheaper than to send a box by air! Check "Tropical Shipping " on the web.
