are EE schools fairly ethnically diverse? i have heard a lot of negative stereotypes about EE (which i believe are as true as the people in Texas - where i live - wear cowboy hats and ride their horses to school everyday). its important to me to go to a foreign school that has a lot of international students. besides learning about the culture in that city, i'd also like to expand my views by talking to people from other parts of the world.

they should start a medical school on a boat that travels around the world...

Everyone knows that they don't ride horses to school anymore (but they still have sex with the sheep don't they? Stay away from the goats!!)

I think any school you choose in Europe will be 1000 times more diverse than a US school in Texas.

Let us know what you decide.

btw - they actually do ride horses to school in Nashville where I'm from. You say it like it's a bad thing... :)

Hi.

I'm at Comenius in Bratislava, slovakia (other half of Czechoslovakia). We have Arabs - Kuwait, UAE, Lebanon, Greeks, Scandanavians, Germans, Canadians, Americans, Africans. I think that's it. S-

doesn't everybody have sex with sheep?!?!

that does sound pretty diverse...and i'm getting more and more excited by it every day!

you mentioned people from almost every part of the world except one...are there people from Asia there too?

the college i went to in Texas was definitely diverse. but it was so diverse that you could actually form crowds of the same ethnicity without every having to venture out...you know what i mean? i hated it. so many resources and people just ended up with what was comfortable.

I'm at Debrecen, and most students are Israeli or Norwegian, but we have lots of asians too, mostly in the dental school, but of course we all hang out together. also US, middle east, iceland, sweden, africa, etc..so we are a little United nations. It's pretty cool...come visit. 8)
