Cape Cod is good if you're interested in going into surgery, atleast that's what classmates of mine say. I know atleast 4 people interested in surgery or EM who are going there simple b/c it's supposed to be "one of the better sugery rotations."

I am going to Huron Hospital in Cleveland for my surgery rotation in a couple of weeks... I figured that if it is affiliated with the cleveland clinic, then it must be a good rotation... I am not sure, we'll see!
but when I was selecting places to go for surgery, i looked into St. Mary's, St. Agnes in Baltimore, and Huron... I thought these were good places and at least their affiliated hospitals seem to be decent... but I didn't really hear from anybody who actually went there...
Thats why I posted a question about Huron, but nobody seems to have any info....

If you are persuing a surgical residency Huron is the place to be. They like to except student who rotated through the clerkship, since they spent 3 months with you they get to know the good students well. The chief resident aswell as other residents are from ross. They actually keep files of the students with pics and everything. Its a great rotation. I described it under the portion of this forum titled Huron if you want to read.
