A 20-year-old man has a painless 2-cm nodule in his right scrotum. The nodule is difficult to distinguish from the right testis and does not transilluminate. There is no additional swelling or inguinal adenopathy. The most likely diagnosis is

A) cryptorchidism

B) hydrocele

C) scrotal cyst

D) testicular cancer

E) testicular torsion

F) varicocele

my guess is testicular cancer : painless mass that doesn't transilluminate. Seminoma is the most common at this age.In children is yolk sac.

hydrocele would transilluminate
testicular torsion hurts
and varicocele is more common on left side
