SMU should reconsider having Jan Term back on the Caymans

i think they will decide between cayman or maine sometime next month... well at least lets hope so... so that we can buy tickets for one or the other...either way, whichever place is the best for us...

The islands is rebuilding and in a fast manner.
It will be ready for high touristic season on December 15th.
Keep the faith, it will be very cold in Maine in January

After speaking with the administration last night, I have been told that all of our plans at this point are to return to Cayman in January. Specifically, Dr. Thrornton put the probability at over 90%.

In regard to those pictures, those were taken immiediately following the storm. There isalready significant improvement, and I can't imagine how much better it will look at the end of December.

We have permission to be in Maine for the duration of the emergency. As soon as we can, we need to return to Cayman. An extra semester with Wal-Mart isn't worth endangering your career!

You'd probably get a few ugly stares if you said that at AUC. We have Walmart debates all the time in the cafeteria. It's right up there with gold plated basketball rims and cell phone throwing contests in terms of popularity.

i'd rather be in the Cayman Island anyday...getting tired wearing these heavy jackets...
