With all the damage on Grand Cayman , does this mean that rents and gneral expenses will rise after damge is repaired?
Also will there be an increase in tuition to cover rebuilding costs of the school?

While I couldn't tell you plans of private owners regarding rents, my guess would be that they would be lower. I have heard from several people that properties for sale (even undamaged ones) are going for 50-80% of their pre-Ivan prices. Plus, it may take a while for the tourism industry to get back on its feet, so that would be another factor.
There are no plans to raise tuition.
