Does St. Matthews own or rent the facilities that the school is currently housed in on Grand Cayman?

If they are being rented why?

The Residence Hall is owned, while the campus is a long-term lease.

We want to be sure that the perfect property is available before we buy, especially now that the vet school will be a part of SMU. We have been very close to finalizing on properties three times, but there was always something near the end that made us reconsider (especially when it would have meant significant tuition increases!). We are looking at a couple of options now.

As JP said, the R.H is owned and the campus on a long term rent.
We are activly looking for land/building to purchase, but the island is not easy because very developped.
We are trying to get the best spot for our final campus, but as i said again, we are activly looking for the good place.
