If you are an MD student, you would spend five semesters, or twenty months, on the island. If you were a dual MD/MSHSA student, you spend a year on Grand Cayman, and eight months in Maine.
After five semesters, you start your hospital rotations in the U.S., U.K., Ireland (soon), or Canada.
