A) There will be considerable deccrease in the digestion and absorption of carbohyderate
B) There will be considerable increase in the digestion and absorption of carbohyderate
C) no so much effect
D) difficult to say

well, i guess another way to put the question is to ask "what happens to carbohydrate metabolism in the dumping syndrome?"....

i'm afraid i do not much appreciate the choice of choices [!] by gogi but still i think the carbohydrate diges. and absorp. will be reduced because of rapid passage through the small bowel ..... i think an accurate answer would be "decreased initially and not much effect in the long run" ....
