The reservoir is in animals. The vector is tick. They all cause rashes.

The most common feature among babesiosis, ehrichilosis, and lyme disease is that their vectors are ticks.

Babesiosis also can be transtmitted by blood transfusions because they parasitize RBC.

In lyme disease, there is characteristic rash --- erythema chronicum migrans. In ehrichiosis and babesiosis, low platelet counts may produce nonspecific purpuric lesions, but there is not characteristic rash.
