My REAL Scores

First time users on this forum probably think that there are lots of geniuses on valuemd based on the number of people reporting 90+ percentile scores. Amazing how 8 out of 10 people always 'surprised' themselves with 99%!!!!!

Here are my REAL scores, 194/79. I took Kaplan, used BRS, FA, Goljan, etc.....No scores inflation here. [/i]

and hats off for ur honesty , i feeel the same way abt the people who post their scores ,i wonder at so many awesome scores and hope they r real, if not its demoralizing for me with very average scores on every test that ive taken , u have my repect!

usmle step 1 is a tough exam, so it's best if we all try to help each other. It's not easy for many people, and it sure wasn't easy for me either. I know some great people helped me learn and get through all that I was going through when I was preparing for my exam. I'm greatful to all and most of all to God for allowing me to pass.

I have much respect for you and your honesty and hope the best for you in the future.

Thanks for sharing that info with us. Just remember that the Step 1 score is only a part of your application. I understand your scores were slightly below average, but you have to make an extra effort to get a good Step 2. Still, I am glad you passed, since many people are not even passing this test.
