USMLE Questions

Hi ,

I am really interested in going to UNIBE. One thing that has me nervous is the USMLE. Does the school prepare you enough to take that exam? I know Kaplan is available, is it recommended? Since USMLE scores are not recorded do more people pass or do more people fail? If there is anyone who can answer my questions or help me with this issue please do.
