As a first termer, I was just wondering if there were any stats on the amount of students who dont make it past the first term? Not a pessimistic post, just curious

no hard stats. few actually leave on their own. about 25% fail/decl/drop out altogether ususally within the first two years. The school doesnt have (or give) hard numbers on this. Most are decels.

if you are in a January class, more will decel, up to 30%. If in August class, probably 20-25%.

August classes are usually smarter.

well i wouldnt say they're "smarter" but i agree the august classes tradiationally are stronger a little. But people get weird about that and like everything else argue about it until the cows come home (which happens in grenada in rather short order actually). I think 30% is a little high but maybe not. Maybe some day sgu will publish this. No IMG school (or us school for that matter that im aware of) publishes this info. For comparison the ballpark us figure is 0-10%)
