Not that it really matters yet (I'm not matriculating until January), but I'm Cristy (yet another crazy Tennessian)- no relation to Shauna, but a friend of the coukie red head none-the-less.

I know my screen name is pretty cryptic, but I think you all might be able to figure out my name. Jonathan, where in KS are you from? I grew up in Topeka, then worked in KC for a couple of years before going to Saba.

Oh no we can't have a vol chick on Saba. I hate them like the plague. I hope they lose every game they play. I even root for AU when they play UT. IF they can make me root for the tigs I REALLY REALLY don't like them.

Bambam, you've stirred up a hornets nest now.  I'm not married, I haven't learned the importance of compromising yet (Gurrrrrrrrrrr), you'll be sorry
P.S. Once I'm on the island, you'll learn the true beauty behind the color orange.

Just to clarify Bambam, when you said:
Oh no we can't have a vol chick on Saba. I hate them like the plague.
You meant the Vols team, you didn't mean Vol chicks right? Stereotypically speaking, being classified as 'corn-fed' can lead to the misconception that all Southerns are 'beefy' so to speak. This however is not the case if you've ever watched the Vols cheerleaders, or seen any of the football players' mothers.
Does anyone know why people say others are 'corn-fed'? Corn is a starchy fibrous food that isn't fully digested in the small bowel. So, relatively speaking it has almost no nutritional value that would contribute to the 'beefyness' of Southern girls. Hmmm.
Well, off to write up a biochem lab report- later!

I've lived in the south my whole life. I've traveled far and wide through the yankee hinterlands but southern women are by far the most beautiful anywhere. And my definition of ugly is anyone that I would not have sexual relations with/ Keep in mind though, most guys aren't as desperate as me. :?

Man, I hope I'm not one of them.... HA! How horrible would that be? :P
I do like your taste though - anyone who prefers Southern girls is okay by me. I guess I won't have to tackle you and beat you silly after all.

Okay, I'm not quite sure why everyone thinks I'm a dern guy - Did you not pic up on the femininity from the fact that my name is Shauna? I have a mind to come to SXM and bonk you over the head with a pufferfish (of course I have to catch one first).....
Besides, this topic came up before. And your wife has no worries - this crazy girl from the South doesn't go for married men. You know, the whole morality issue and all... :P
~S 8) Once again, I'm a WOMAN.... heheh

i'd put my name, but you'd probably mispronouce it if i spelled it. I do know Mr. Ferrari though, and i've heard Mr. Shadi correct the prof when she mispronouced his name. Wait, here's a hint: There are only two oriental guys in 1st semester, and i'm one of them :D Anyone else living at the dorm?

I was going to make that announcement last week, but got stranded in St. Maarten thanks to WinAir. Sorry I didn't make it. :-D
