Patient with mycoplasma pneumoniae exhibits cryoagglutinins during recovery phase. What types of immunoglobulins are reacting?

these are igM autoantibodies seen against type O RBCs. but its seen in acute phases too. a rising titre of 4 fold gives the diagnosis

Hi, Dua, thanks for your reply. I think you know more than what you have said. What I surprise is that even in recovery phase it is IgM not IgG. Is this situation only seen in Mycoplasma Pneumonia or also somewhere else?
You metioned the IgM here is autoantibody against type O RBC. Would you like to talk more about this? Is there any clinical significance here?
