Perhaps you should call the Gardner admissions office at 1-800-825-7754 and ask them? It's toll-free, and they are very nice.

In the January 2005 thread above, a lot of new students give their stats, but I don't know what they require of transfer students except the following (taken from the Saba.edu website):
TRANSFER APPLICANTS OR ADVANCED STANDING
Depending upon space availability, consideration is given to applications for transfer from other approved medical schools. Transfer credits are only accepted from schools listed by the World Health Organization and successfully passed coursework. Transfer students must meet all documentation requirements of a new student and must be in good academic standing. The following requirements must be met in making application:
Credentials from the proper officer of the medical college attended must be presented, showing that the applicant was a registered medical student and was in residence at the time for which credit is sought and that he or she met all financial and scholastic obligations.

An official transcript from current institution.

All transfers to advanced standing are considered individually. Acceptance is contingent upon the recommendation of the Admissions Committee and the spaces available within the class to which admission is requested.

Students with unsatisfactory records, or dismissal for any reason from other medical schools are not considered for admission to advanced standing.

Students wishing to transfer directly to the clinical medicine program will stand a better chance of acceptance if they have passed the U.S.M.L.E. Step I. A minimum of 30 weeks is required from any transfer student accepted into the clinical program.
SABA University does not offer advanced standing credit to students for courses taken in Doctor of Chiropractic, Physician Assistant, Podiatry or Doctor of Dentistry degree programs.
Is there anybody out there who transfered in that can give a better idea of how hard it is to transfer?

The toll free number is just an answering machine that directs you to a non-toll free number. If you want to speak with someone in admissions, you will be asked to call (978) 630 - 5122. Can't SABA afford a toll free number? Thank you.

Thanks for the update on the number. It used to connect me right to their office....I guess not anymore.
