Regarding that trick - trying to apply for step 1 after having taking the exam, where not being able to apply again means you have passed - how long is it before one's scores are officially posted on the ECFMG website does this trick work?
Thanks

STEP#1 ONLY
To do the Oasis trick, you usually have to wait at least 3 weeks after your examination test date. Check on a Thursday night with the oasis trick.
Here is how it works:
1. After your exam, occasionally sign into your Oasis account and look under the heading "Score Reporting" in the left column. When you click on it, their should be sections appearing for Step 1 Step 2 CSA, etc. If there is a date under where it says Step 1, then your score has been reported (it will be blank if your score has not been reported to the ECFMG). This trick ONLY WORKS ONCE YOUR SCORE HAS BEEN REPORTED!!

I was curious, if you are trying to check the oasis site to see if you passed, will this trick work on the nbme.org site as well?
I ask b/c I know that site, nbme, also recognizes your USMLE ID # and has some info on you, even if one is IMG like me.
Thanks

Dooka,
I am not sure if this Oasis Trick will works on the NMBE website, but I know for SURE it works on the ECFMG (OASIS) site.
The ValueMD family and I will be praying that you pass step #1 with a very good score.

Hello!
I just found out via mail that I passed the exam!!! I am stoked, especially b/c I felt kinda scared coming out of the actual exam. Whew, what a relief!!
I am somewhat new to this site, observing mostly, but reading other people's experiences, as well as the support everyone shows to each other on this site is wonderful and certainly helped me a lot during the last 1-2 months.
Good luck to those still waiting for thier score!
