airport pickup?

Isn't it Dr. Heller that we email and let him know when we are coming so that there will be someone there for us at the airport?

Friday the 27th thru Sunday the 29th the school will be running a shuttle between the airport and the dorms. THye will also take 1st semesters who didn't get a spot in the RH to hotels or private residences. If you are coming in before then you will need to take a taxi or contact a mentor to see if they are available to pick you up.

I emailed Dr. Heller and he said look for the SMU table outside the airport. I'm coming in on Thursday!! All else fails...there's always taxis

Hey guys,

I too am arriving on Thursday, at 11:50am, and contacted both Dr. Heller and various student mentors via e-mail, however i have not heard from anyone yet. Is there anyone in particular i should contact, and do you guys have some phone numbers i can call to contact these people?

if i were you i wouldnt worry about anyone picking you up, dont depend on anyone, RH and school are not far away from the airport, as anything else on the island, since its small, so if you dont see any SMU table set up that they promised at the airport, just go and take a cab, I dont think it should cost you alot

A friend and I took a taxi from the airport and cost 15$ US, so it's not that bad if you have to take a cab

If you email me, I will assure you that I will make every effort to have you taken to your residence. Please include your name, airline, flight #, day, time of arrival. Dont forget to exit the LEFT SIDE of the terminal and look for the red SMU banner, and Mentors wearing white SMU hats (if they own one). Once again, I will make every effort to assure you a ride if you notify me of your arrival. Just don't bring five pieces of luggage!!!
