I was wondering if AUC takes the money for the dorm at the beginning before giving you your final check or do you pay rent every month like a regular apartment?

Aloha,

they will charge you tuition and dorm rent up front. 9500 plus 4000 up front. you sign your check(s) over to them and they issue a refund check for the difference which you receive in 10 business days.
