Is Sebastien still alive?

My birthday is coming up and the only present that I want for my birthday is to either get to talk to Sebastien or hope he will respond to my emails (not a random one).

i have come to believe that Sebastien is a figment of the schools imagination...

although in all fairness i got an email from him out of the blue saying i had a dorm room and the skies cleared and the angels sang.... however this was after multiple unanswered attempts at contact by yours truly....

he is on Sebastien time.... and the batteries need replaced BIGTIME!

I met the guy in person while touring the campus so he does exist :D I am just guessing he that this is his busy season now with the dorms and he is just inundated with things to do

he was probably a hologram, that the school created. because whenever you call the RH, theres always someone else answering and Sebastien is never there.

Nice guy.... he is a french man... mid 30's blondish curly hair.... He is though EXTREMELY busy and told me when I met him that around this time he is almost impossible to get ahold off.... It is basically him and his assistant in charge of the dorms which is a daunting task...

YES.. that is totally true.... Read receipt sends the messages and I can tell when he is reading them... I almost wanna send one right back that says "i know you are reading it right now... EMAIL BACK"...

how hard is it to click the reply button and write a one liner... even an "i'll get back to you on this".... otherwise it is as if he just doesnt give a flip.. reads and deletes.

and that is unprofessional... and this is his profession.... hmmmmmm

Maybe CHARLEY knock out his power line. No power, hence no emails. Or maybe he got sand in his laptop ( thanks Gebbils) and still waiting for the school to give him a new one. Or maybe since it is rain season, and his CTS is acting up, therefore he can't reply. :D Just give hime some time, you'll see him soon enough. :D

You can just ask Shaun or a person at the front desk to see if your name is still on the list.
And just email Sebastien rather than calling him, because he is never there, but he does read your email.

Hello new students

It is true that I never take anyone on the phone, main reason for this is that I keep track for everything that is going on with each of you.
Phone is not reliable, as we can argue forever that i told you this or that. Emails do not lie, and stay.
I am by myself answering emails for all RH questions and concerns.
Since there will be roughly 120 new students in the RH and i see about 4 of you that are unhappy, i will say the ratio is not that bad. I am sorry it has been you. I would like to keep it at 100% and make sure everyone got their answers on time.
It does happen that i miss one or two emails, but please bear with me, I am for real and you will see the beautiful R.H is for real too.
It is true that the girls at the front desk will be happy to help you. They have a lot of information. (345) 949-2118 open from 7am to 10pm.
For the students that did not receive the notification email, it means that your email address was not correct. Out of the 150 emails i sent that day, I got about 50 replies with" address does not exist and so on...."
I hope you will enjoy your stay with us, eventhough you did not have a chance to hear my french accent :D

See you soon in Cayman, the hologram was a good idea, since sometimes, i have to be in two places at the same time....

It is impossible to please everybody, but it is nice to know that efforts are being made to accomodate/address concerns. And School Officials joining forums like ValueMD would only give (ValueMD) more "weight" as far as internet forums are concerned. We kow how much "unofficial" information floats around. This, hopefully, would give posts a better balance.
