Meaning, that when SMU was located at Belize,
was the staff, administration, clinical and residency placement any different from the way things are organized and run now? Basically did it get better, worse, improve? And if yes, then in what way?
of course, keeping in mind NY State approval, which is a major improvement, but what about the rest?

I can give limited comments, as I was not around when we were in Belize, and would need to check some of my info before going into detail.
I know we were originally licensed by FL while still in Belize. Most of the administrative staff are the same, with a few changes at the upper levels.
We have definitely improved since moving to Cayman. We gained full accreditation from the ACCM, have a much better infrastructure to work with, and have been able to add on some great faculty.
We obviously have more residency placements now than when were in Belize, due to the simple reason that there are more graduates, and more graduates per class.
We have added clinical sites. The curriculum has changed, but that was a year and a half after moving to Cayman. I can't really think of anything else right now. If Docwally or farrukh come by, they could talk more about Belize from firsthand experience.
I'll ask about it in the morning of the more wise and learned than myself.
Have a good one!
