Q about chat schedule ??

Hi ,
In my knowledge,28 aug. is the last day of chat sessions.Can you please tell me the date from which, next rotation of this 7 wks chat schedule will start?

thats a very good question . i would also like to know.
im guess we should start in the same order as step 1 made for us so most of us that joined late can cover their missed subjects (like me for instance)
maybe starting september 1 wont be a bad idea at all

I am waiting for the next chat session because I missed a lot ! Please let me know the next schedule for coming chat or at least the possible date of starting?

Hi next chat. You don't need to wait for the next schedule to begin in order to join us. The subjects are not in any particular order and do not build on each other (i.e. this week's chat will not build upon last yesterday's chat, so it won't matter if you missed it). In fact, it's designed to have a large group of participants so that people won't feel pressured to attend/participate in each and every session.

But the 7 week schedule will repeat itself indefinitely every 2 months. The difference is that some people will be on their 1st reading while others will be on their 2nd, 3rd, etc reading. But that works out even better because the more experienced ones can help the newcomers....which really mutually helps both of them learn. I've always said that repetition is the key to learning, so the more times you get to go over the chat schedule, the better you'll know it. I still learn new things every time I participate in the chats and I've already gone through it before. I feel like I know the material a little better each time around.

So feel free to join us whenever you want. If you don't feel comfortable enough at first, you can just observe silently if you prefer. But there's no need to wait another couple of weeks to start because it's a constantly revolving schedule which has no beginning or end.


As for the original question about the next schedule....that's up to everyone else. We can either take a week off (can be used to recap everything or go over the very large goljan path again), or we can just resume without a break and start the same schedule again. Once you all decide, I'll submit a request to the value md for them to put it up on the calendar. Any input?

hi step 1
first let me start by saying you have done a great job with the study schedule. i'm brand new to all this but i've read the transcripts and have gotten REALLY MOTIVATED by all of you guys...so thanks everyone, you all rock. :P the schedule for the chat is great too and covers everything.
i am taking the exam in october so i'd really like to join your discussion group and go over some questions. i hope you guys will keep on after this 7 weeks is done.
by the way, i hope you get your score soon and have aced the exam.
