No it is not to late. Go to www.stmatthews.edu and follow the links for "apply online" and this will take you to KeyBank. It takes about 20 miutes to fill out the info and 5 minutes for a decision. I think you can sign the master promisory note online. Make sure the amount you enter is the amount you want over three semesters. As long as the application is in and has been approved SMU will wait to receive the funds If you are going to do the Master's program as well you can get a portion of you money thru the FAFSA.
You can fill that out online as well. Those loans have the advanage of a lower interest rate and less origination fees. SMU will not wait for those funds to be processed as they will for the KeyBank loans.
