if we're considering pilates or yoga, one question stands out that with all the studying and studying and studying that there is in med school, is there even sufficient time to get in a work-out?

There is sufficient time to get in a workout. I go 4 days/week depending on my schedule.

It all comes down to how you plan out your schedule (i.e. studying time, etc.).

But, during exam weeks, forget about it!
