Dorm Housing HELP!

My friend has been accepted for Fall 2004, but he recieved an email saying that the housing is full. He was looking at apartments, but I saw something that said first semester students are REQUIRED to stay in the residence halls. Is this true, or can he stay at an apartment. Please respond with any info. Thanks!

The Hall is full, and he may get an apartment. The realtors on Grand Cayman assist with rentals, and you can find a list of them at www.ecayman.com.

I am having an extremely difficult time trying to locate an apartment or roommate. Can you offer any help? Is there a list of students looking for roommates? Where can I find it? Is there a list of apartment buildings or places for rent that are close to the school? I would appreciate some help.

besides whatever you will find on ecayman.com, also go to www.buysell.ky and www.fidelity.ky, and just call the people who are offering apartments, dont email and waste time

Yeah, I agreed with Gibbels, don't email anyone if you can call them, because they never write back. Anyone know when the school will put up another RH list so we would know this info?
