SABA and New York license

I have a question about saba and new york licensing process.

Let's say that I went to saba and did my clinicals and residency in another state.

If I want to work in a hospital or open up my own practice in New York, is this possible?

What are the requirements?

I recently heard there was some sort of tentative approval or some sort of advancement in the process of getting approved.. any one else know anything about this?

I just got off the phone with Ms. Fuller from the NYS Ed Dept. who tells me that SABA students are now eligible for both rotations, residency and licensure in NY.

This happened days if not hours ago.
