Anyone aware of a good study book that helps test for clinical vignettes (e.g parctice for USMLE) ?

At this point looking for vignettes in embryo, histo and anatomy...if anyone could make some suggestions based on word of mouth or experience it would be much appreciated.

A very good overall book is: The First Aid book!

do you think that we will need First Aid for the first semester too, I mean we're not studying for USMLE 1 yet

you should start Step1 prep as soon as you start classes, it is more efficient and makes total sense. Also, classes focus alot on board material, so studying for step1 in conjunction with studying for your classes is a good idea.

It's never too early to start preparing for the boards!!!!
