Saba degree sufficient to practise in Asia?

Does anyone know if an MD degree from Saba University School of Medicine is sufficient to qualify one to write the medical licensing examination in Hong Kong? Can a medical graduate from Saba practise family medicine in Hong Kong?

I think the best person to answer this question would be something equivalent to the State dept of health in Honk Kong or maybe talk to a physician in Honk Kong.

Maybe someone in the Asian schools forum here would know who to ask....or you can call Saba and ask them if any student they know of has ever done that.
