Something to learn

Hi folks,
I have a bit less than a year of downtime before heading off to medical school. As always, I'm thinking ahead. Is there any one subject that you would recommend that I study during this downtime. I don't mean take a class, but just buy a medical textbook and learn that topic really well. If medical school is as rough as some say it is, well, I want to get a head start :)

I say relax. The reason I said that is because no matter how much you study the next year I promise you will learn all of that in the first half of your first semester. Thats going to frustrate you in that you will feel like you didnt learn anything and just wasted time. Instead work somewhere earn extra cash, go travel, do research (and get paid), hang out with friends and enjoy because you will work your *** off in med school and have fun at the same time!
