Hello everyone!

Sorry I haven't posted in a few weeks but I have been busy travelling to Saba and starting school. So far things are going quite well. Facilities and courses are good and island life is really quite enjoyable. Still making all the adjustments though and our first Black Monday is coming in about 9 days so I really should be studying. I am trying to put together a list of answers to FAQ's, plus other incidental info. If you have any questions I can answer, please post them, PM me or E-mail me. I am very willing to answer questions but bear in mind that I'm a little busy with classes (don't want to become "Flunked out of Med School Guy" :( ).

Suffice it to say, things go very well here and i look forward to sharing my experience with those who are interested.

Best of Luck to Us All! 8)

Hi ResearchingGuy! Glad to hear you made it to SABA ok. Thanks to you and other students like J who have been willing to post helpful info. Good luck with exams. Looking forward whenever you guys have time (if there's such a thing in med school) to read your posts!

Ahh, Black Mondays. The good ol' days.

Good luck with them. Even though they may seem hellish, just remember: it'll be a full three weeks until the next set.

So, go to St. Maarten or St. Barths the weekend after them and enjoy yourself. 8)

There are 57 students (in May nonetheless) instead of 40 that the websites advertises. Will there be enough clinical spots?

Hey.... actually its more like 51 in first term. And yeah.. don't worry about clinical spots.... Saba has 100% placement.

How did exams went? Can you tell us a little more about testing at SABA? Also how what are the averages for the classes? How many people/passed/failed.

Thanks

i was checking out the prices of tickets to saba, and they've jumped up over $300 recently. A one-way ticket to saba is now about $750 from cheaptickets.com...grr...they were $430 about 2 weeks ago!
