Sup guys,
I have to admit that I am only capable of making spaghetti and fried rice lol  Didn't really have much time back in college, or should I say I am too lazy to learn. Had to survive mostly on mircowave dinners and dorm food. Luckily, met my gf during my second year in college and she cooked sometimes (curry chicken, corn chicken ) and also brought food from home. Do you guys know how to cook? Do we even have to cook in St. George? Are you a good cook?

I'm in the same boat too dude, so no worries. At least you know fried rice....
I'm working on scrambled eggs this weekend, WITHOUT deep frying them...

So I guess we will be the only 2 cooking in Grenada, lol
Still trying to learn some simple dishes, hopefully my mom can shed some light, or we can just survive on your eggs and my fried rice lol

I can cook ***** pretty damn well.
I can cook spaghetti
I can cook anything that only requires the boiling of water, though I still fudge it up 1 out of 3 times.

I have heard that some SO's are also willing to prepare food. I think I may offer this service once I feel things out around town as a way to make money.
I think it would work to prepare large dishes and freeze them in individual portions, that way all a student has to do is thaw it out the night before (or in the microwave if you are lucky enough to have one) and enjoy!
Other than that, buying some fresh fish at the market and simply grilling it will probably do nicely. I spoke with a women in Grenada when I was down and she recommended going to the market on Friday and Saturday because she said that is when the fresh produce is for sale. Does anyone know where the fruit/spice market is? I found the fish market, and I think I saw some sort of outdoor market on Grand Anse but wasn't sure.

I don't really work at a restaurant, but I've been told that I should open up my own... (and no, this isn't just from someone off the street). I promise that my Jerk Chicken will leave you crying (hopefully for more)!
