health insurance forms

hey all,
i hope everything is going well for you guys. i'm just a little concerned about the Health Insurance Confirmation Form which needed to be submitted by July 1st, 2004. I couldn't have received it any sooner than the 1st though since I left for a trip to Toronto that morning and just got back last night. Do you think this will be a problem? Unfortunately offices are closed today so I can't get any info from Bay Shore. The letter says I can't register for classes without the school knowing what my health insurance status is. I guess worse case scenario is to drive out to Bay Shore tomorrow (I don't live far from there). well any info would be much appreciated, thanks...

Hi vinrummy,

I suggest calling the school tomorrow to let them know your situation so that they are aware you are in the process of submitting the forms. If you send in the forms ASAP, I'm sure it won't be a problem. No worries - the school really tries to accomodate students.

I just faxed mine today... so, just let bayshore know asap. I never received the form in the mail and I only found out about the deadline by chance through browsing the website.

Btw, how did you guys find out about it?

wassup peeps. i'm in a similar situation. on vacation except im in east africa and unfortunately nothing is reliable. kinda surprised the internet is working actually...but newayz. i had my brother call bayshore and they said that the deadline to submit the health insurance form has been extended to july 25th. pe@cee.
