Oh, lovely suggestion. Pls do remember to save the transcript for those of us who would very much wish to attend , but for one reason or the other won't be able to do so.
Thanks

Hi ,
I will be happy to post whole discussion for everyone who are interested but really i don't know how to post the chat transcript ? So,in this matter I need somebody's help ? Anybody here who knows how to do it ??
Thanks.
I haven't started pharma. yet,so maybe i will concentrate on patho. now ! Last patho. session was incomplete because everybody had to leave early and this week, step1 is taking test ? Hope we will revise patho. well and will have a good discussion.
see you there

To post chat transcript... I dont know exactly but this should work:
Open word processor --> highlight whole chat conversation --> right click --> Copy --> press paste in word --> Save
You can then either attach it onto a posted message or just copy it from word into your message.
Hope this helps...
Hi,
Thank you so much for the help. Please explain me more if you can because I tried to do this one time and found out that once chat start you can only see the page on the screen and only can higlight and save that part at a time ? So,for full transcript,I have to keep doing this in every min.?I am sure there should be another way to do this ? I mean at the end of the session, just copy and save ??

hi zeda. i cant make it to the sat chat because i will be out of town. but i will try to show up on wed (we should extend the schedule because i think the first reading is almost done). to copy the transript, you can right click while you are in the chat and click "select all". Then you can copy (CTR+C) the entire text of transcript to the new post, or to a word doc.
But I think you will need to be there from beginning to end without logging off to get the entire transcript. In other words, it will only show from when you are in the chat room. If you show up on time, than just make sure not to sign off until everything is recorded. Have a great chat....I'll miss you all.
hi step1
Thankyou so much.I read your post ( High Yield Pathology ) and found that lots of info. is from Kaplan sources ? Goljan is must .....it is sure, but I want to know that what do you think about Kaplan's HY Points ??

Hi,
I heard that Dr. Barone ( Kaplan Pathology) gave hint questions or discussed very importent points during his lectures which usually appears in the exam ? Is this true ?
Thanks.

Can you please tell me the topics which you are going to discuss in this chat session ?
Thanks
Hi ,
we will go through the same topics in same orders as in Kaplan Lecture Notes ,but for the convenience I am writing some topics :
Cellular inj,Inflammation,circulatory,Genetic disorders,Immunopathology,Neoplasia,Environment,Va scular,Cardiac,Respi,Renal,GIT,Pancreatic,Liver,et c.etc.
Every suggestion is welcome about discussion!
And yes,in my opinion ,Kaplan provide a good patho. outline ,you just need to add some more clinical info. from organ based ,or other sources to make it real good for reviews ! We will do Goljan later ,bec. in my opinion it needs to revise other subjects well ! It is in integrated form, covering other subjects too ? Its more pathophysiology and real good for exam point of views. As for questions hints...Yes, Dr. Barone always mentioned that this is for exam point of view ??
