Maybe Microphage can make a BRS version for all of us to peruse...

1) schedule change already done
2) possibility of curving exams or dropping lowest exam. dean saidf faculty felt that doing that would deter people who are doing well from putting an effort on the last one but they have not been ruled out.
3) faculty has been adviced to "trim the fat" of courses and tray and focus more on high yield topics. he said they don't want this to be a 2 year board review course, faculty want students to have a solid basic science foundation not just fact recall.
4) some minor teaching changes for path


i don't remember anything else.


one a side note i would like to point out that all of my 4 semesters here that the dean has held meetings with the students he has listened and informed us of what is going on. i don't always agree with the changes he makes but that is not my job and i can't see the bigger picture from my myopic semester standing. i am sure that once we get outta here and this block exam has had all the bugs worked out it will be fine so hats off to admin for listening and changing the schedule....now if i caould only find something to wash off the gold with.....
