I'm from CA as well!
Many students here are from:
Illinois (Chicago), Texas (Dallas, Houston, etc.), NY, NJ, Florida, California (Orange County, LA, SF, Fresno, San Diego).
There are also many students from:
England and Canada.
All in all, SMU represents a diverse mix of students from all over (both Geographically and Ethnically). This proves to be especially important when you begin your clinical years; when you are dealing with many different personalities/ethnicities, etc.
Good luck!
Good luck!

Hello
I just wanted to represent my area. I am from NY, i use to reside in the city but have moved to Long Island some 15 years ago.
Anyhow if your looking for someone from NY then look no further.
Take care

There are many churches on the island and every denomination and belief. You will have many choices to choose from depending on your faith. Sunday is Church day on the island, the grocery stores and other retail stores are normally closed. The tourist part of the island remains open but the local parts are normally closed. Hope this helps.

Yes there are, as well as other world religions (i.e. Muslims, Jews, etc.).
