I am moving down in 11 days with my fiancee and there are no apartments to be found in Cupecoy. All the students who were forced out of the dorms seem to have hunted down every vacancy. If anyone knows of a safe 1-bedroom that is walking distance to school please PM me with any contact info that you might have.
I recently spoke with a student who finished basic sciences down there and he kept on telling me that apt. break-ins are extremely common in the areas immediately surrounding the school.
