Hello Paris,

No, UNIBE isn't the only medical university in the Dominican Republic that offers pre-medical courses. Infact, there's a bunch of medical universities that offer 5.5 Year M.D. Programs. The ones that I would personally recommend would be la Universidad Central del Este (UCE), and UNIBE. These two are the most reputable medical colleges in the DR.
Yes, it's utterly normal for schools in the DR not to reply to your e-mails. That's why I would recommend that you contact the school directly, NOT through these number here in Miami, Florida. Call them and speak to the admissions department and get the info you want directly.

Other than the DR...I don't think any of the other schools offer pre-medical courses...you can't even apply unless you fulfill their requirements for the pre-med courses!
