Completion Exams

I finally got a chance to look at the schedule. From 8/10-8/11/2004, there are completion exams for Term 1. What are these completion exams?

If you fail a class thats 2 credits or less (i.e. embryo, parasitology), or are unable to take the final in another class (i.e. Anatomy, Biochem) due to an excused absence (illness, mental break down, death in the family), then the school allows you to take a completion exam to pass the class. And they're not easy either - atleast one is essay. This way your peers aren't able to give you the "low down" on the final they took to help you out on your's. Hopefully you'll never have to worry about taking one.
