Hello spartan current basic science students,
Can you guys answer this,Will help me a lot in my decision.
How the spartan has helped you set up your rotations. based on the info they have on their website they send their students to places like yale cook county hospital, etc etc. How does this work.
At the sametime they say that the students can also setup their own rotations. How far this will help the students. Is their any criteria or what. may be some senior folks can answer this too, But the first hand info could come from those who have just completed their basic science or in the last trimester.
My other question us that
Do all the schools offer the same curricullam. After having visited their websites it seems that, except the time schedules, everybody offers the same. Now it depends who has better instructors and teaching staff and how do they prepare their students for step 1.
I have a friend at CAHSU.
He just graduated. He told me that the school has a special class for step1 during their basic sciences.I think it would be worth the effort again some current student can tell us the reality.
Folks I am just trying to evaluate my options before spending my lifelong savings. I would really appretiate your answers.
Thanks a lot and God Bless You,
ahsan

Hi Ahsan. I recently answered a similar question regarding clinical rotations. Rather than retyping the info, you can find my reply via the following link:

Best of luck.

Hello Doc,
Thanks for your reply.
I saw your post sometime back, I remember. My main intention was to get some first-hand feedback from the current spartan graduates, if, they are willing to share their thoughts and help us.
Anyway let's hope for the best and thanks again for your reply.
regards,
ahsan
