i dont know how many clinicals you can do in NY, but i would contact JP Yates. he can probably give you a better person to contact with regards to clinical rotations. jyates@smucayman.com

With the granting of NY State Board Licensure, the 12 week maximum clinical limit was supposed to be lifted this past spring. From what I understand, you are able to do all of your clinicals in NY.

I'm under the impression that all Clinicals (Cores and Electives) can be completed in NY, now that SMU has been approved in the state of NY.

You should confirm this with a school official.

Yes, SMU student's are approved for unlimited clinical rotations, core and elctive, residency, and licensure in NY.

We will actually probably be holding an out of season Preview SMU in NYC this summer. I'll post the details as soon as they are finalized.
