generator?

Hey guys,
So ive been looking into housing, and i was just wondering how important people really think a generator in the apartment is?
Does the power really go out that much and for that long?
One of the apartments i found looks amazing but doesnt have a generator so I wasnt sure whether it was worth the price if it doesnt have one.

Generators are critical for any students that enjoy studying in the comfort of their home...if you are the type of person that will study on campus 24/7, then a generator is not a big deal for you
