advice for high speed internet

Hey guys, I need to get a new internet provider and I was wondering if you had any ideas or opinions which of the two providers was the best one. Cable and Wireless or whatever the other one is. Thanks!

IMO Cable and Wireless (lime) is better than Carib Cable, Carib cable blocks the use of VOIP (voice over IP) traffic, that would be vonage, skype, magic jack, ect. they do this, they say, because those services are not allowed outside the US and Canada, but they do sell there own VOIP service which is the real reason they block others.

Hope this helps, I have had Lime for a year now and satisfied with it, but it does get slow around 7-9pm but still usable.
