Serendipity Place will be having their student rates special again for 2BR/2BA Apartment. The special is $850 USD for the apartment (or $425 USD) per person. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from West Campus and 2 minute walk from the Epicurean Grocery Store. Also it will be abbout a 1 minute walk from the New Movie Theatre which is being built! The apartment has a great pool and is ACT internet ready! These are the best student rates on the island for such a nice apartment, and a great deal for those of us that are low on cash!
Small Studio - $750 USD
Large Studio - $775 USD
1 BR/1 BA - $850 USD
